Zero Compromise Quality Assurance

Every batch tested in our in-house lab. Every shipment certified with a Technical Data Sheet. Consistent quality means your machines run smoothly, every order.

From Raw Material to Your Factory A Controlled Chain

Every material passes through six stages of controlled processing before it reaches your production floor.

1
Intake & Inspection

Incoming feedstock is identified, weighed, and visually inspected for contamination.

2
Sorting & Grading

Material is sorted by polymer type, grade, color, and source using FTIR identification.

3
Compounding

Twin-screw extrusion with precise temperature profiling, additives, and stabilizers.

4
Lab Testing

Five distinct tests: MFI, moisture, ash content, impact strength, color consistency.

5
Certification

TDS generated with lot-specific test data. Release certificate issued per batch.

6
Dispatch

Packed, sealed, and shipped with complete documentation and lot traceability.

Five Tests. Every Batch. No Exceptions.

Every batch undergoes a strict testing protocol before it ships. You receive a Technical Data Sheet with actual tested values for your specific lot.

ASTM D1238

Melt Flow Index (MFI)

Measures how well the plastic flows in your mold. Consistent MFI means you don't re-tune your machines between material batches.

The bottom line: Our ±0.5 g/10min lot-to-lot variance keeps your process stable across orders. No surprises.

Karl Fischer / Gravimetric

Moisture Content

Excess moisture causes splay marks, silver streaks, and weak parts. We verify moisture is below the critical threshold for each resin type before packaging.

The bottom line: Material arrives ready to process or with precise pre-drying recommendations documented.

ASTM D5630

Ash Content

Confirms the filler and additive levels are exactly as specified. Also catches any unintended contamination in the feedstock.

The bottom line: If your compound is specified at 5% filler, ash testing confirms it every batch.

ASTM D256

Impact Strength (Izod)

Tests whether your part can handle drop impacts, assembly forces, and real-world stress without cracking.

The bottom line: Consistent impact values mean consistent part reliability fewer rejections, fewer warranty claims.

Spectrophotometric

Color Consistency

Batch color is measured against the approved reference with a spectrophotometer. For consumer-facing parts, color mismatch means rejection.

The bottom line: ΔE ≤ 1.0 means parts from consecutive batches are visually identical on your assembly line.

Technical Data Sheet Issued Per Batch

Every shipment leaves our facility with a complete Technical Data Sheet. This isn't a generic specification it shows the actual tested properties of the specific lot you are receiving.

The TDS includes material identification, production lot number, test date, all five test results, compliance declarations, and recommended processing parameters. It supports your incoming inspection and OEM audit requirements.

Audit-Ready Granules for Global Supply Chains

Your material is compliant. The paperwork is included. Here's what each standard means for your procurement.

RoHS CompliantEU 1511/65/EU

Restricts hazardous substances (lead, mercury, cadmium, etc.) in electrical and electronic equipment.

Why it matters: If your product is sold in the EU or to any OEM with EU exports, your materials must be RoHS compliant. Our Granules are formulated without restricted substances compliance declared on every TDS.

REACH CompliantEC 1907/1506

Governs chemical substances in products placed on the European market.

Why it matters:REACH compliance is a prerequisite for most OEM approved material lists. Without it, your material can't enter EU-bound supply chains. We include the documentation.

UL-94 CapableV-0 Rated Grades

The standard for flammability testing. V-0 is the highest rating self-extinguishing within 10 seconds with no flaming drips.

Why it matters: Required for electrical housings, connector bodies, and any component near a heat source. Our PC and PC/ABS grades are V-0 capable.

What ±0.5 g/10min MFI Variance Means for You

When MFI varies between batches, you have to re-tune your machines adjusting temperatures, pressures, and cooling times. That costs time and money.

Our ±0.5 g/10min variance means your process stays stable across consecutive orders. For a typical ABS compound at 22 g/10min, every batch tests between 21.5 and 22.5.

The practical result: fewer process adjustments, fewer first-article rejections, lower scrap rates, and less machine downtime during changeovers.
