How We Source Traceable, Controlled, Consistent

Our feedstock is post-industrial regrind factory surplus from known manufacturing sources. Here's how we ensure quality from source to compound.

Source Qualification

We maintain relationships with qualified feedstock suppliers OEM factories, mold shops, and processing facilities. Each source is audited for material consistency, contamination controls, and segregation practices. We do not accept post-consumer or mixed-stream material.

Incoming Material Identification

Every incoming lot is tested using FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) to confirm polymer identity. Material that does not match the declared grade is rejected. This prevents cross-contamination before compounding begins.

Segregation and Traceability

Accepted material is segregated by polymer type, grade, color, and source. Lot traceability is maintained from intake through compounding to finished goods.

Controlled Compounding

Qualified feedstock is compounded on twin-screw extruders with process-specific temperature profiles, screw configurations, and additive dosing. The output is granulated, sampled, tested, and released only after lab certification.
